REPORT FOR RAMSAY MILLAR OPEN 23/04/2018
The first open of the year was played in glorious conditions on Saturday. Davy Cairns managed a spectacular 64 to take the Ramsay Millar trophy outright, one clear of Bruce Currie and Darren McGlasson who both had 66. Willie Simpson took scratch honours with a great score of 65.
Thanks to all the volunteers who helped out, both on the day and prior to the event, assisting the greenstaff to prepare the course magnificently, after what has been a very testing winter and spring.
Congratulations to Davy Whitehead & Alan Redhead who had hole in ones on the day!
